Who are we?

Altoir is a company dedicated to helping international students come to study in Russia. We offer student advising services, notarized translations, and Russian language courses. Our founders, two visionaries who studied in Russia, aim to provide the best opportunities for young people in their communities. Our goals include attracting more students, increasing the visibility of our services, and providing valuable information.
